







After changing their payment policies, Utah Valley University asked me to develop a campaign that would bring awareness to their new deadlines. Prior to these campaigns, deadlines were covertly mentioned in a couple locations online, safely hidden in wordy, downloadable PDFs, or breezed over quickly in a list of 38 other important dates. Knowing we needed a campaign that would be more eye-catching than the "Important Dates" page on the website, I started with the "Said no one ever" series and ran it for two semesters. The next semester I switched to the "Insta-worthy-words" campaign to keep it interesting. Both were run on social media, on digital signage throughout the University, and UVU's website. Aaaand not only were they were a hit, they also contributed to fewer student accounts being turned over to Collections over the course of the campaigns. Boom.
